In Mischief Circus we love to play. And it's not that much fun to play alone. So that's why we start every month by playing together. 





We pick every month a new exciting color palette to play with. March 2018 color palette is Pantone Spring 2018 palette.

I just adore this vivid palette. My most favorites are Little Boy Blue, Spring Crocus and Lime Punch. This palette was screaming VINTAGE! 40's 50's 60's advertising!

And the funny thing is, that we have the same palette, but each designers see the colors differently. So we get a really intriguing mixture of different styles and color combinations. And then it's so much fun to mash up the packs.

a complete color renewal

I am going through a complete color renewal. I wanted to change the colors of my home, but that can wait. But my wardrobe is under construction right now. I will get rid of all the colors I don´t like anymore. That means that I have to say goodbye to most of my clothes, shoes and accessories. If I put this simple - black will be out of my life! And here is now some ideas to replace the boring and depressing black.

Landscape Painting in Pastels

If we speak about seasonal color types, I am pretty much summer, with a hint of winter. I made this Summer seasonal colors chart to remind to keep focus on the right colors. It makes shopping so much easier if you know exactly what you are looking for.

Luckily I have at least some clothes, which are exactly my current favorite colors (the photo below). I want to make this renewal, that I don´t have to think everyday, what to wear. I want my wardrobe to easy and functional. I don´t want to have too many clothes, the less the better. But everything must fit together.

Mulla on menossa elämässä ihan täydellinen väriremontti. Haluaisin uusia kodinkin värit, mutta se saa vielä odottaa. Mutta vaatekaappissa on jo remontti käynnissä. Mä haluan päästä eroon kaikista vääristä väreistä. Se tarkoittaa sitä, että suurin osa vaatteista, kengistä ja asusteista lentää pihalle. Lyhyesti sanottuna aion sanoa hyvästit mustalle värille. Se vaan tuntuu nyt aivan liian raskaalta ja masentavalta. Tuossa yllä on hiukan inspistä siitä, miten sen mustan voisi korvata ja myös värikartta, jonka tekaisin avuksi uudistukseen. Onneksi mulla sentään löytyy edes jonkin verran lempivärejäni kaapista (alimmainen kuva).
